Hand painted salt holder 4x5,5x7" with Raffaellesco decoration. The dragon of Raffaellesco was taken up by the master craftsmen od Deruta who reinterpreted frescoes of Raffaello. The famous painter of Renaissance was in turn inspired by the anthropomorphic figures discovered ate the end of the 1400s in Domus Aurea of Nerone.
